Bookings

Online bookings are made through Nookal, a third-party practice-management platform, under its own terms and privacy policy. Booking requests are confirmed by the clinic. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to change or cancel an appointment.

Tyla, our AI receptionist

“Talk to Tyla” and our phone assistant use an AI service to answer common questions and help with bookings. Tyla provides general information only; anything clinical should be discussed with your physiotherapist, and bookings made with Tyla are confirmed by the clinic.
