Where are you located?
Suite 104, Vitality Village, 5 Discovery Court, Birtinya QLD 4575 — on the ground floor, in the Sunshine Coast Neurosurgery rooms, a short walk from Sunshine Coast University Hospital (SCUH). Limited undercover visitor parking is available on site.
Do I need a referral?
No — you can book directly. A GP referral is needed for Medicare or DVA funded plans.
What conditions do you treat?
Back, neck and spinal pain, sciatica and disc-related symptoms, and post-surgical spinal rehabilitation.
What funding do you accept?
Private, DVA, NDIS, WorkCover and specialist referrals. Please bring any funding documentation to your first visit.
How much does it cost?
An initial assessment is $250 and follow-up visits are $170.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Any referral, relevant scans or imaging, and your Medicare card. Please arrive about 10 minutes early.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to change or cancel an appointment.
