Information we collect

We collect information you provide when you book, enquire or attend an appointment — such as your name, contact details, and health information relevant to your care. We only collect what we need to provide safe, effective physiotherapy.

Online bookings and Tyla, our AI receptionist

Online bookings are made through Nookal, our practice-management platform, which stores your booking details under its own privacy policy. If you speak with Tyla — our AI receptionist, on the phone or through the “Talk to Tyla” button on this site — the conversation is processed by our AI voice provider to answer your enquiry and take booking details, and a transcript may be kept so the clinic can confirm your appointment. Please share only the information needed to make your booking; anything clinical is best discussed directly with your physiotherapist.

How we use it

To provide and coordinate your care, manage appointments and billing, meet our legal and professional obligations, and — where relevant and with your consent — communicate with your GP or specialist.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your information. We may share relevant health information with other providers involved in your care (for example your GP or Sunshine Coast Neurosurgery) where appropriate and with your consent.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers. If that changes, we will update this policy.

Storage & security

Your records are stored securely and access is limited to those involved in your care and clinic administration.
